RITUEL BALANCE · HOW IT WORKS

Your membership fee comes back as RITUEL Balance.

Both memberships reward the relationship over time. Each successful monthly membership payment is returned to you as RITUEL Balance: CHF 49 for RITUEL PRIVÉ and CHF 99 for ATELIER PRIVÉ, issued as Shopify store credit.

That balance can be put towards eligible Rive & Rituel purchases, while your active membership also unlocks your tier’s member pricing, complimentary worldwide shipping and wider access.

Your monthly membership payment is processed according to your active tier.

02Your fee becomes RITUEL Balance

RITUEL PRIVÉ receives CHF 49 in monthly RITUEL Balance and ATELIER PRIVÉ receives CHF 99, issued as Shopify store credit.

Use your balance towards eligible purchases while enjoying your tier’s member pricing and wider benefits.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes. You can cancel your membership from your customer account. If you need help, contact Rive & Rituel and we can guide you. When you cancel, your active membership benefits continue until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, then future renewals and benefits stop.

Are membership payments refundable?

Membership charges are non-refundable once processed, except where a refund is required by applicable law. Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not retrospectively refund a billing period that has already begun.

Does every membership include RITUEL Balance?

Yes. Both memberships include monthly RITUEL Balance. RITUEL PRIVÉ returns CHF 49 each month and ATELIER PRIVÉ returns CHF 99 each month, both issued as Shopify store credit following a successful membership payment.

What happens to future RITUEL Balance if I cancel?

Future monthly RITUEL Balance stops when your membership ends. Any balance already issued remains subject to the store-credit terms shown in your account and at checkout.

When do my benefits begin?

Your membership begins once the membership checkout is successfully completed. Member pricing and the benefits attached to your active tier are then available according to the relevant Memberply and Shopify settings.

Can member pricing be combined with other offers?

Member pricing applies according to the membership benefit settings. It cannot be combined with another promotion unless that offer specifically states otherwise.

How do birthday surprises work?

Both memberships include a birthday gesture. RITUEL PRIVÉ receives a member birthday surprise, while ATELIER PRIVÉ receives a special Atelier birthday gift. The format may vary, keeping the gesture personal rather than formulaic.

Is complimentary shipping worldwide?

Yes. Both memberships include complimentary worldwide shipping on eligible orders while your membership is active, subject to the shipping terms shown at checkout.

Can I change membership later?

If your relationship with Rive & Rituel changes, so can your membership. Contact us if you would like help moving between RITUEL PRIVÉ and ATELIER PRIVÉ so we can make sure your current billing cycle and benefits are handled correctly.
